Our principal coach, Peter Farr, has over 30 years of senior management experience in the private and public sectors in the UK and Australia as well as running his own business. He has held a number of top positions in training and development in national organisations including Barclays Bank, the Civil Service and local government.
Coaching and Mentoring Background
Peter started coaching and mentoring while in the Civil Service. Specialising in clients in the early part of their management or senior leadership career, he has coached and mentored clients in the Civil Service, the police and business services. Peter is both a Chartered FCIPD and FInstLM. Peter has undertaken considerable continuous professional development and has completed a postgraduate qualification in executive coaching at Strathclyde Business School accredited by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council. Phil has considerable leadership experience at senior levels in business. With over 15 years of coaching and mentoring, he brings considerable knowledge and expertise to help individuals and teams to fulfil their potential by overcoming their barriers to increased performance.
He works with managing directors and senior managers, helping them to meet the changing needs of their organisations. He coaches CEOs and senior executives in the public, private and voluntary sectors. Phil is also on the Executive Coaching Register for the Scottish Leadership Foundation, developing leaders of Scotland’s public services.
